Ban Evasion

If you attempt to bypass a ban or blacklist by using alternative accounts, third-party services, or having others make payments on your behalf without full disclosure to Atom, your refund request will be denied. This policy is designed to ensure the integrity of Atom’s community and services and to prevent exploitation of our refund process.Bypassing a ban or blacklist includes actions such as:
  • Creating new accounts to access Atom’s services after being banned.
  • Using another person’s payment method to circumvent the rules.
  • Any other actions intended to undermine or evade previously imposed sanctions.

Service Usage

Once you or any member of your server have accessed or used any features, commands, services, or database provided by Atom, you will not be eligible for a refund. This policy is in place to prevent exploitation of our services and to ensure that customers do not benefit from the service without payment.

Time-Lapse

  1. European Union Customers Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. The refund will only be processed if the service has not been used or if no free trial was activated. If the service has been accessed or the trial has been used, the right to a refund is waived in accordance with EU regulations.
  2. Non-European Union Customers Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. As with EU customers, refunds are only available if the service has not been used or if no free trial was activated. The right to a refund is waived if the service has been accessed or the trial has been used.
  3. Conditions for Refunds
  • Refunds are not available if a free trial was activated and used.
  • Refunds are only available for purchases made directly through our official channels.
  • Refunds are not available for purchases made through third-party platforms.
  • Refunds are not available for purchases made through unauthorized resellers.
  • Refunds will not be offered for purchases made through means other than monetary payment (such as credits, points, or barter).
  • Only transactions made using actual monetary funds are eligible for a refund.
  • A refund request must be submitted within the specified time frame to be considered valid. Any requests made after the designated period will be denied.
All conditions must be met to be eligible for a refund. Failure to adhere to these conditions will result in the denial of the refund request.

Blacklisted User

If you are blacklisted from any of Atom’s services due to violations of our Terms of Service or community guidelines, you will not be eligible for a refund.Blacklisting may occur for actions such as, but not limited to:
  • Fraudulent activity or payment disputes.
  • Abusive or harmful behavior towards other users or the community.
  • Violations of Atom’s Terms of Service or Code of Conduct.

Malicious Intentions

Refunds will be denied if it is determined that your refund request is made with malicious intent or aims to harm our services, community, or owners.Examples of malicious intent may include, but are not limited to:
  • Submitting fraudulent or misleading refund requests.
  • Intentionally abusing the refund process to cause financial harm to Atom.
  • Engaging in behavior designed to harm the reputation or integrity of Atom or its community.

Forgery or Concealment

If you are found to be forging, altering, or concealing details related to your purchase or refund request, you will be ineligible for a refund. Transparency and honesty are critical to ensuring fairness in the refund process. Any attempt to deceive or misrepresent information will result in the denial of any refund, and your account may be permanently banned from our services.

Previous Refund Abuse

If you have previously abused or exploited our refund policy, you may become ineligible for future refunds. Refund abuse can include, but is not limited to, repeatedly requesting refunds for the same issue without providing valid reasons, taking advantage of our refund process to receive undue benefits, or engaging in behavior that suggests misuse of the system for personal gain.

Fraudulent Payment

Refunds will not be issued if the payment method used is deemed fraudulent or reported as unauthorized. Any fraudulent activity, including unauthorized use of payment methods, will be investigated. If fraudulent activity is confirmed, the involved account will be permanently banned.

Multiple Refund Requests

Submitting multiple refund requests for the same issue without providing new, valid reasons may result in the denial of the refund. To ensure fairness and efficiency in the refund process, we reserve the right to deny further refund requests if no new or valid evidence is provided. A “valid reason” includes, but is not limited to, product defects, failure to meet service expectations, or other material issues that were not previously addressed.

Suspicious Activity

Refunds may be denied if suspicious or unusual activity is detected in your account, such as fraudulent payment methods, multiple chargebacks, or other behavior that suggests abuse of Atom’s services. Protecting Atom from fraud and abuse is a top priority. If you believe your account has been flagged in error, please contact our support team for further review.

Terms of Service Violation

Refunds will be denied if you or your server are found in violation of Atom’s Terms of Service or Discord’s Terms of Service. Violations may include, but are not limited to, fraudulent activity, abuse of the service, or actions that compromise the integrity of the platform. It is essential to adhere to these terms to maintain a positive and secure community environment.

Chargeback Attempts

If you initiate a chargeback after making a payment, you may become ineligible for future refunds and services. We take chargebacks seriously as they can harm both our business and our customers. If a chargeback is filed, we will investigate the situation to determine if it was done in error or in bad faith.Please note:
  • If the chargeback is found to be fraudulent or without merit, you may be restricted from using our services.
  • We may take appropriate action to resolve the issue, including seeking legal recourse where necessary, to protect the owners of Atom and prevent misuse of our services.
  • We encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any payment disputes directly before resorting to chargebacks.

Policy Changes

Atom reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. However, for significant changes that may affect your rights, we will provide reasonable notice through email or notifications within the service. Continued use of Atom’s services after the changes have been posted will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
