^{Configuration Panel: /config server -> Crates}

Channel

Select the channel where crates will be sent.

1. Run /config server.
2. Select Crates.
3. Select the Crates Component (e.g., A1T2O3M4).
4. Click Channel.
5. Select the channel.

Schedule

Set when crates are sent.

Messages mode includes a brief delay (up to 10 seconds) due to interval scheduling.

Message Mode Accounting Options:

1. Run /config server.
2. Select Crates.
3. Select the Crates Component.
4. Click Schedule.
5. Enter the interval (minutes) or message count.

Rewards

Choose rewards for crate openings.

1. Run /config server.
2. Select Crates.
3. Select the Crates Component.
4. Click Rewards.
5. Enter the reward values.

Expiry (Superatom)

Set how long members have to open crates.

1. Run /config server.
2. Select Crates.
3. Select the Crates Component.
4. Click Expiry.
5. Enter the time (e.g., 2m 30s).

Retries (Superatom)

Set the number of extra attempts allowed to open crates.

1. Run /config server.
2. Select Crates.
3. Select the Crates Component.
4. Click Retries.
5. Enter the retry limit.

Reclaim Cooldown (Superatom)

Set how long a member must wait before attempting to open a crate again.

1. Run /config server.
2. Select Crates.
3. Select the Crates Component.
4. Click Reclaim Cooldown.
5. Enter the time (e.g., 2m 30s).

Claim Limit (Superatom)

Set the max number of members who can claim rewards per crate.

1. Run /config server.
2. Select Crates.
3. Select the Crates Component.
4. Click Claim Limit.
5. Enter the limit.

Countdown

Set the countdown duration for crate openings, controlling how long members have to respond.

1. Run /config server.
2. Select Crates.
3. Select the Crates Component.
4. Click Countdown.
5. Enter the countdown duration (e.g., 2m 30s).
